Comprehensive Postpartum Support Visits thoughtfully designed to meet your unique recovery, newborn care, and early parenting needs. Session options include personalized Q&A, emotional and physical postpartum recovery guidance, nutrition planning, newborn care instruction (bathing, soothing, feeding cues, safe sleep), basic breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding support, breast pump setup and flange fitting assistance, guidance on establishing healthy routines, light home organization for postpartum ease, and discussion of current evidence-based practices and resources to support your healing and confidence as a new parent.
