Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of doula services and the limited availability reserved for each client, all payments secure time, preparation, and on-call support and are subject to the following refund policy:

Non-Refundable Retainers

Any retainer or deposit paid to reserve services is non-refundable. This retainer secures your place in my schedule and compensates for time spent on availability, preparation, and client support.

Servies Rendered & Cancellations

• If services are canceled by the client before active services begin, any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded at my discretion, minus any services already provided.

• Once services have begun (including prenatal visits, virtual support, on-call availability, or education sessions), no refunds will be issued.

• Doula services: If you cancel a scheduled session less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you do not attend the session, a $100 cancellation fee will apply and must be paid before services continue. 

• Childbirth Education: Payment reserves a seat in the class and is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class: Class registrations may be transferred to a future date with adequate notice and prior approval, as long as the request is made before the first class date of your original session.

Birth Outcome Changes

Refunds will not be issued for missed support due to failure to contact the doula in a timely manner, changes in birth plan, outcomes or other personal decisions once the package and schedule are confirmed.

Doula Availability

In the rare event that I am unable to fulfill services due to illness or emergency and no suitable backup is available, a prorated refund for unused services will be issued.

By booking services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
