I do not diagnose health conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment in my role as a doula. My work is focused on offering emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I do not make health claims or guarantee specific outcomes. Any information I share is for general educational purposes only and should never replace guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. You should always consult your physician, midwife, or another licensed medical professional with questions or concerns about your health, pregnancy, or your baby’s well-being. In the event of an emergency, you should seek immediate medical attention.

Although I am a registered nurse, when serving as a doula I am not practicing under my nursing license and do not provide clinical or medical care in this role.
